Score Arcs (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the Score Arcs mobile application (the “Service”).

This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our Service and the choices you have associated with that data.

Data Collection and Use

Score Arcs only collects data relevant to the functionality of the app. This includes a user’s login information and a copy of their competitor and contest data. Score Arcs does not offer this information to any other party for any reason.

Analytics and Performance

Score Arcs uses Google Analytics for Firebase and Firebase Performance Monitoring to understand how the app is used and to diagnose crashes and performance problems. These collect anonymous usage and diagnostic data — such as which screens and features are used, device model, OS version, and app performance metrics. This data is never used to advertise to you, and Score Arcs does not use an advertising identifier. Score Sheet Scanning

Score Arcs offers an optional feature that lets you photograph a contest score sheet to pre-fill a contest entry. If you choose to use it, the photo you capture or select is sent off your device to Google’s Gemini service (via Firebase AI Logic) to read the scores from the image. We ask for your consent the first time you use this feature.

The image is processed only to extract the score data and is not saved by Score Arcs — it is never stored on your device, in your account, or on our servers. Google’s processing of the image is governed by Google’s privacy and terms; see https://firebase.google.com/support/privacy. This feature is entirely optional — if you don’t use it, no images are ever sent off your device.

Account Deletion

To completely delete all your account information, please use our contact page or the Delete Account button in the app’s Account screen.

Data Security

Score Arcs makes use of Google Firebase for data storage. Information on Firebase’s privacy and security policies can be found at https://firebase.google.com/support/privacy.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
